Gudrun Kramer

Gudrun Kramer is currently working for the "Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit" (GIZ), heading the "Social and Cultural Fund for Palestinian Refugees and Gaza Population". She was co-founder and co-director of the "Institute for Integrative Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding" (IICP) in Vienna. She has vast practical experiences with supporting peace processes and facilitating dialogue projects especially in Sri Lanka, Israel-Palestine, the South Caucasus and Central Asia. Another focus was the reconstruction of 3 villages after the Tsunami in Sri Lanka’s war-torn areas. Ms Kramer is a trainer and lecturer on conflict transformation and peacebuilding at numerous universities. She has co-developed the approach to "Integrative Conflict Transformation".

 

כיום עומדת גודרון קרמר בראש "הקרן החברתית תרבותית למען פליטים פלסטינאים ואוכלוסיית עזה" בחברה הגרמנית לשיתוף פעולה בינלאומי (ה- GIZ). היא לקחה חלק בייסוד והיתה מנכ"לית משותפת של "המכון להתמרה אינטגרטיבית של  סכסוכים ובניית שלום" (ה-IICP) בוינה. הינה בעלת  ניסיון מעשי רב בתמיכה בתהליכי שלום ובבניית דיאלוג במדינת כגון סרי לנקה, ישראל-פלסטין, דרום הקווקז ומרכז אסיה. לאחר הצונאמי בדרום מזרח אסיה, היתה שותפה  לשיקום שלושה כפרים באזורים מוכי מלחמה בסרי לנקה. הגב' קרמר הינה מאמנת ומרצה על התמרת סכסוכים ובניית שלום באין ספור אוניברסיטאות והיתה שותפה לפיתוח "הגישה האינטגרטיבית להתמרת סכסוכים".
